Larry founded Better Together Services and owned First Light Homecare of South Bay and A+ Ride, which started in 2014. He is a retired U.S. Army veteran who worked in healthcare until he founded Better Together Services.

Larry holds Masters' degrees in Adult Education and Business Administration with experience conducting Individual Personal Plans (IPP) processes and HCBS Final Rule. A retired disabled veteran, has a sense of service and continues to stve to help as many as possible with quality inclusive care for those in need. 

First Light Care's Coordinator Manager, Salvador has walked the path of a professional caregiver and full-time caregiver for his son with developmental disabilities. Salvador knows what it means to trust another with your loved one and strives to exceed expectations in quality care and service.
